Classes Information

  • Our training services are primarily offered within the DC, MD, VA ar, but we also have capabilities to deliver courses nationwide depending on client needs and project scope.

  • For most courses, you just need to bring a form of identification. All other materials, including training equipment and manuals, will be provided during the session. Please bring a copy of your current card if you are doing a renewal certification.

  • If you certification is expired, you WILL NOT be able to take a renewal class. Please register for the initial class in order for you to get a new certification.

  • Please reach out to use before you register so one of our instructors can understand your needs better. We are happy to work with you and make necessary accommodations.

  • We understand the importance of streamlining the payment process for both individuals and employers. That's why we are pleased to offer direct billing to employers for our classes. Please reach out to use so that we can collect necessary payment information. This ensures a hassle-free experience for both you and your employer.

  • Yes, several of our courses are available in Spanish to cater to the needs of our diverse client base. We are currently working on updating our website to reflect available classes. Please contact us to register for the next class taught in Spanish.

  • We strive to deliver your eCard as soon as possible. Ideally, you will receive it on the same day as your course completion. However, please allow a maximum of 24 hours for the eCard to be delivered to your email. If you have not received it within this timeframe, feel free to contact us for assistance.
